I couldn't even get the entire icicles in the photos they're so big! Some of the biggest ones are almost 9ft. As pretty as they are, and as pretty as the snow is, I'm growing very tired of it. As I'm sure everyone else is. Snow is only great the first time, after that it's just too dirty and yucky and cold.
As it's getting a little bit warmer here, things are starting to melt during the day. This is beginning to be a problem, because now all the icicles outside our windows are starting to melt, and the water is starting to seep through the walls. I've knocked down a lot of the smaller icicles but most of them are just too big.
But alas, they are still very pretty.
